Itinerary

Day 1

Morning time, transfer from your hotel in Cairo to Cairo airport to take your flight to Luxor where you will start your day trip accompanied by your private Egyptologist guide you’ll see the famous West Bank sites including

Valley of the Kings:

The valley became a royal burial ground for Pharaohs such as Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses II, as well as queens & high priests.
The inscriptions on the tombs shows the preparations for the next world, in which Pharaohs were expected to become one with the gods. The tombs were also well stocked with all the material goods a ruler might need in the next world. You will visit 3 tombs excluding Tutankhamen.

Continue the tour to visit Hatshepsut temple:
It took 15 years to be completed; this is one of the most beautiful royal mortuary temples. The three terraces style were different. The temple has gardens of frankincense trees and other rare plantings brought from Punt. The relief sculpture recites the tale of the divine birth of a female Pharaoh.

Colossi of Memnon :

Two gigantic statues, 23 meter (75 ft) high, one thousand ton statues are the only remains of a mortuary temple built by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty.

Lunch will be served on an island on the Nile, so your tour includes boat trip and then you will move to the east bank to visit

Karnak Temples :

Dates from around 2055 BC to around 100 AD and this is the largest religious building ever constructed covering about 200 acres and was a place of pilgrimage for nearly 2,000 years.

The Hypostyle Hall, measures 54,000 square feet and featuring 134 columns, is still the largest room of any religious building in the world

Then we will transfer you back to Luxor airport to catch your flight to Cairo then transfer to your hotel.
