Day 1Arrival

Egypt Trip Packages offers 10 Days package to Egypt Highlights. Starting by arrival to Cairo airport, our representative will meet you in the airport then you will be transferred by a private A/C car to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2Giza

After breakfast, start your tour by visiting one of the Seven Wonders of the World:

Giza Pyramids:
The Great Pyramids of Giza were built on the Fourth Dynasty around 2560 B.C. The complex consists of 3 large pyramids and 6 small ones in addition to the great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.
The Great Pyramid:
The oldest monument on the list of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. It is also the only one left standing and the largest of all of them.

The Great Sphinx:
The largest surviving sculpture from the ancient world, measuring 73.5m in length and 20m in height. It dates back to king Chephren the owner of the 2nd pyramid.

The Valley Temple:
Located next to the Sphinx. This temple is an excellent state of preservation, having been buried by desert sand until the 19th century. It could have been used for the mummification process.

Then, move to have your lunch at oriental food restaurant before you visit Saqqara Step Pyramid:

The first stone construction in Egypt {2670 BC), it was built by Imhotep the architect. The step pyramid consists of six unequal stages above each other with a height 204 Feet and was the tallest structure of its time.
End your tour by paying a visit to Memphis City:
City and capital of ancient Egypt. It was founded about 2925 BC by KingMenes, who united Upper and Lower Egypt. The original name of the city was the “White Walls”.

Finally we drive you back to your hotel .

Day 3Alexandria

Take a fascinating private tour to Alexandria from Cairo in the company of your own Egyptologist guide. Your first stop in this historic city is the Catacombs of Kom ash-Shuqqafa:

One of the Seven Wonders of the Middle Ages. The necropolis consists of a series of Alexandrian tombs, statues and archaeological objects of the Pharaonic funeral cult.

Pompey’s Pillar:

The largest of its type constructed outside the imperial capitals of Rome. Measures 20.46 m in height with a diameter of 2.71 m at its base. The column is 26.85 m high.

Then you will visit Alexandria Library:

It is one of the greatest cultural and scientific centers that specialize in the affairs of literature, civilization, sciences and arts of the area which attract scholars from all over the world.

The Citadel of Qaitbay:

A 15th-century defensive fortress located on the Mediterranean sea coast. It was established in 1477 AD (882 AH) by Sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf al-Din Qa’it Bay. The Citadel is situated on the eastern side of the northern tip of Pharos Island which was one of the 7 Wonders of the ancient world.
Alomrsi Abu Alabbas Mosque :

A famous mosque in Alexandria, Egypt. It is dedicated to the 13th century Alexandrine Sufi saint el-Mursi Abul Abbas whose tomb it contains.
Lunch will be served at a sea food restaurant during the tour then drive back to Cairo.

Day 4Cairo

Breakfast at your hotel then start your full day tour visiting Cairo Highlights :

The Egyptian Museum:

It contains the richest collection of remains of the art and culture of ancient Egypt, including finds from the tomb of the young Pharaoh Tutankhamen as well as the Greatest Pharaoh Ramses II.

Lunch at local restaurant in Cairo. Then proceed to Old Cairo to visit :

Amr Ibn Alas Mosque :
The oldest mosque to be built not only in Egypt but also all over Africa, it dates back to 642 A.D. Due to extensive reconstruction over the centuries, nothing of the original building remains

Hanging church:
One of the oldest churches in Egypt as it dates back to the 3rd century AD. The church named by the Hanging church because it was built above Babylon Fortress,

Ben Ezra’s Synagogue:
Egypt’s oldest surviving synagogue, dating to the 9th century and housed in a former church constructed in the 4th century. The Copts were forced to sell to pay taxes then Ben Ezra bought it. The famed Geniza Documents, discovered in the synagogue basement.

Then proceed to Salah El-Din Citadel:

One of the world’s greatest monuments to medieval warfare. It was used as the seat of the king and his government in Egypt for many centuries. The construction work has started in 1176 and was completed in 1182.

Mohamad Ali Mosque:
Named also “ The Alabaster Mosque” because Its interior and exterior walls are coated with alabaster . It was built between 1830 and 1848 by the architect Yousef Bushnak.

After that transfer to Khan El Khalily Bazaar:

The oldest and most famous market all over Egypt. It was constructed in 970 AD, the same year as the founding of Cairo. Visitors to Khan El Khalili Bazaar will find themselves transported back in time to a traditional Arab souk.

Finally, transfer back to your hotel.

Day 5Aswan

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to catch your Flight to Aswan. Upon Arrival you will join your private tour guide to visit Aswan Highlights:

The High Dam :
Built across the Nile at Aswan. The High Dam was constructed between 1960 and 1970, and has had a significant effect on the economy and culture of Egypt.

The Unfinished Obelisk :
It is the largest known ancient obelisk. It was ordered by Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC), to complement the Lateran Obelisk (which was originally at Karnak, and was later brought to the Lateran Palace in Rome.

Philae Temple :

The temple dedicated to goddess Isis; goddess of love. The complex was relocated to nearby Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign project, protecting this and other complexes before the 1970 completion of the Aswan High Dam.

Then check in your 5* Nile Cruise and overnight on board.

Day 6Abu Simbel

Pick up from your Cruise in Aswan to enjoy a private tour to Abu Simbel by a private air-conditioned vehicle.

A unique temples because it cut into a solid rock cliff. The two temples which comprise the site (The Great Temple and The Small Temple) were created during the reign of Ramses II and it took 20 years to be curved.
The Great Temple stands 30 meters high and 35 meters long with four seated colossi flanking the entrance depicting Ramesses II on his throne. Sailing after lunch.

Day 7Kom Ombo / Edfu

Sailing to Kom Ombo and visit Kom Ombo Temple:

It was constructed during the Ptolemaic dynasty, 180-47 BC. It is unique because its ‘double’ design meant that there were 2 entrances, courts, halls, sanctuaries for two different gods. The southern half of the temple was dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, god of fertility and the northern part of the temple was dedicated to the falcon god Haroeris, god of protection.

Continue sailing to Edfu and visit Edfu Temple:
It is one of the best preserved temples in Egypt. It was built in the Ptolemaic period between 237 and 57 BC. The temple dedicated to the falcon god Horus. The inscriptions on its walls record the Sacred Drama which related the age-old conflict between Horus and Seth.

Sail to Luxor, arrive Luxor late night and overnight on board.

Day 8 Luxor

Morning time, we will pick you up from the cruise joining your private tour guide to visit:

Valley of the Kings:

The valley became a royal burial ground for Pharaohs such as Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses II, as well as queens & high priests.
The inscriptions on the tombs shows the preparations for the next world, in which Pharaohs were expected to become one with the gods. The tombs were also well stocked with all the material goods a ruler might need in the next world. You will visit 3 tombs excluding Tutankhamen.
Continue the tour to visit Hatshepsut temple:
It took 15 years to be completed; this is one of the most beautiful royal mortuary temples. The three terraces style were different. The temple has gardens of frankincense trees and other rare plantings brought from Punt. The relief sculpture recites the tale of the divine birth of a female Pharaoh.

Colossi of Memnon :

Two gigantic statues, 23 meter (75 ft) high, one thousand ton statues are the only remains of a mortuary temple built by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty.

Then back to your cruise for free evening time and overnight on board.

Day 8Luxor / Cairo

Check-out after breakfast, then pay a visit to

Karnak Temples :

Dates from around 2055 BC to around 100 AD and this is The largest religious building ever constructed covering about 200 acres and was a place of pilgrimage for nearly 2,000 years.

The Hypostyle Hall, measures 54,000 square feet and featuring 134 columns, is still the largest room of any religious building in the world.

Luxor Temples by Night:

It was constructed approximately 1400 BC, the temple has been used as a place of festivals. During the Christian era, the temple’s hypostyle hall was converted into a Christian church. The temple was buried beneath the streets and houses of Luxor.

Transfer to Luxor airport to catch your flight to Cairo for overnight.
